TASER Civilian Device Training and Safety

This comprehensive course is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively and safely operate TASER Civilian Devices for self-defense purposes. Through a combination of theoretical and practical instruction, students will gain a deep understanding of the various TASER device models, cartridges, and proper usage techniques. Upon completion of the course, participants will be well-prepared to handle TASER devices responsibly and with confidence.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

1. Understand the nomenclature of TASER Civilian Devices and cartridges.
2. Demonstrate safe handling and operation of TASER Civilian Devices.
3. Explain and apply proper probe placement for effective self-defense.
4. Successfully pass a written exam on TASER device safety and operation.
5. Safely and effectively operate a TASER Self Defense device in various scenarios.
6. Adhere to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and license requirements for TASER device ownership and use.
7. Identify the different TASER device models and their unique features.
8. Safely load and unload TASER devices.
9. Develop proper safety and form for drawing, aiming, and firing TASER devices in high-pressure situations.
10. Practice aiming and firing TASER devices with precision.
11. Learn and apply drive stunning techniques with and without a fired cartridge inserted in the TASER device.
12. Reinforce the A.L.E.R.T. (Assess, Leave, Evade, Respond, Tell) methodology for self-defense situations
